In December of last year, Japan’s “Traditional Sake Brewing” was officially registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage!
To celebrate this milestone, we are launching the Kanpai CHIYODA Ticket, offering an affordable way to explore Chiyoda’s vibrant food and drink scene!
What is “Traditional Sake Brewing”?
It refers to Japan’s time-honored brewing techniques, developed over generations using koji mold. This tradition includes the production of Japanese sake, hon-mirin, authentic shochu, and awamori. With this special ticket, you can enjoy these exquisite drinks!
After admiring the breathtaking cherry blossoms at Chidori-ga-fuchi, why not indulge in delicious sake and gourmet dishes?
