精米歩合55％から60％に変更。
雑味少なくスッキリ感がありつつも、純米酒らしいふくよかな旨味が増して、より燗酒が似合う食中酒に仕上がりました。
これまでご愛飲いただいていた皆様にも、より一層ご満足頂けるはずです！
精米歩合を変更したことにより価格も改定。

Introducing the renewed ‘Special Junmai Sake, Rita’!
The polishing ratio has been changed from 55% to 60%. While maintaining a refreshing taste with minimal roughness, it now has an even richer umami characteristic of Junmai sake, making it even more suitable as a warm sake to accompany your meals. We believe it will bring even more satisfaction to all of our cherished customers who have enjoyed it thus far!
With the change in polishing ratio, there’s also a price adjustment. We’ve revamped the price to be even more affordable than before!
